The Friends of St. Mary’s Lands have reported the obstruction of right of way WB13 on St. Mary’s Lands, Warwick.
An area of this right of way has been enclosed by fencing erected by Warwick District Council.
WDC passed the segregation of land for the next 2 years for the birds to flourish. This was despite FoSML explaining the true facts and providing evidence that the proposals were flawed. The WDC approval was given for the same area to be fences as last year. The result is an increase in area fences off.
FoSML will be holding a competition to see who thinks that it is an intentional action or who thinks it is incompetence. No prizes will be given but we will get the right of way foot path opened up!
