Last week a 2 metre high fence was erected the length of the existing fence alongside the sand track from the Stables, from the proposed RCW’s five a side football fenced compound to the chained & permanently padlocked disabled access and kissing gate at the Race Course buildings end. This on the Members Car Park. We have asked if this had conservation area planning permission or is this just more measures to restrict access to St Mary’s Lands?
